Work At Home United!

I've just signed up with Work At Home United (WAHU) and I want to share this opportunity with you! During the month of February, the sign up fee is $14.50. I figured it would be something to try and hey, only $14.50? Not bad! Its a business that you do completely from home and its NOT any selling! Isn't that nice? About time there is a business where you do no selling. I'm part of a group that helps each other out! AllI do is email my Mentor and BAM! She emails me within 10 minutes! She sent my like 12 emails with how to get started, products I can choose from, ways to advertise- VERY helpful and I want to help you!

Visit my website to see if this opportunity is for you:
Need more info? Keep reading...

All you are really doing is changing the products you use everyday in your household. Changing them from the harsh and toxic chemicals found in products that are in all major chains (Wal-Mart, SAMS, etc.,) to all eco-sense and natural products. Safer products that are better for you and your family. Think about it; you don't have to fight the crowds at Wal-Mart or SAMS just to get about $60.00 dollars worth of household items? Consider the following scenario:

Would it be worth; driving to the store of your choice, walking around for hours, possibly spending more (impulsive spending) and winding up with more than you intended to get? (Thats how those large chains work it though! That is their busines.) However, I'm not done yet. So you've finished shopping, added possibly $60.00 more dollars than what you intended to buy, wait in line at the cash register (or hunt for a shorter line!), lug all those groceries back to your vehicle, drive back home and then unload your vehicle and lug all those products to your house.

Still with me? Ok, now try to envision this scenario using WAHU:
Purchase your products online (at a discount as a preferred member for $14.50!)
No driving, no waiting line, no crowds to fight through, no extra 'temptaions' that large chains put out purposely for you to buy.
Products are then delivered RIGHT TO YOUR DOOR!

What do you thinkg about the ease of all that- and then be able to make a PROFIT on top of all that? Do I have your attention now? I certainly hope I do! In order to learn more, contact me through my website and let's set up a conference call! I look forward to meeting you soon!

Capitans Log; Star Date 11.02.2008

I am SUCH a trekky! I love Star Trek! All the way from Capitan Kirk to Capitan JaneWay. I know it sounds silly, but thats my favorite TV series that I like to kick back and watch! Thank goodness for the DVR. If we didn't have that, I would never get to watch it!

In any case, another day, another dollar. I'm actually progessing better this year as far as business goes. Last year I struggled to even make a dime, perhaps it has been further studying that has helped me with this. I find that I study more and more whenever time permits. Between a full time job, a part timer and the Ebay selling- Amongst other social activites and hobbies, I find myself exhausted!

Lots of people that I know say I should be stressed and frustrated with all that I have going on. Actually, I find it kind of stimulating. Usually my personality, or past personality was to just let things fly by. I had lost interest in many different things. Hobbies, friends, opportunities- I had let lots of them go. I was depressed and felt that my life was not important. That feeling is not completely gone, however; it seems to have healed in a manner of speaking. I find myself more happier than I used to be. I'm able to concentrate better and feel as if I have more energy to participate in activites that I used to detest. I'm sure Marcus can appreciate my sense of 'well being.'

I honestly do feel a lot better. I feel like I'm getting more accomplished as I go on with all my current activites. Yes, perhaps once they become too much or overwhelming; I may drop a few. Or simply just pass them onto a close family member. One of my sisters ofcourse, they're the closest people to me. I intend to puruse them as long as I can. Who knows what may come out of it?

Right now tho, I'm dead tired! I gotta sleep. Full day at work tomorrow and then gym afterward.

I am happy, and I want to stay this way. Night!

A full plate!

Well, my thoughts were worked out from last night and I have put my ideas to good use! Here is a few of some of the current projects I'm involved in right now:

  • Selling on Ebay
  • Part time job (at home)
  • Workout routine with Moose (at the gym)
  • Blogging (as often as possible)
  • Short story writing (In my spare time)
  • 1 College course at a time
Whew! As if that doesn't sound like a lot! It actually kinda fills my day, not to mention my full-time job on top of all this. I'm still debating whether or not if I should finish my computer degree or just transfer all of my courses toward a degree in business management. I seem to like that much better than I do computers. Although, I still like messing with computers, my passion seems to lie in the business side of it. I really want to own my own small business some day. I think that is the career path that I will ultimately choose.

Yeah, I think thats the direction I want to take. I want to have my own operations and yet the freedom to do what I would like. How I want to move the company, what risks I should take- I think I would like that much better than staring at a computer all day long. ..Having pc problems, will have to finish this blog another time, night!

Thinking

Got so much on my mind right now... Watching, "The Shining" right now. I LOVE this show! It's freaky but I always seem to unwind when I watch this movie. My sisters think its weird that I can watch this show no problem- cause you won't catch them watching it! LOL!

I'm trying to get some ideas for some short horror stories. Nothing new lately. I'm currently reformating my old dreams from like 6 years ago into short horror stories. I need new material tho, but I'm having trouble remembering my dreams. I suppose I should say 'nightmares', cause that's what I usually have.

Not sure if its my meditation getting in the way... Yes, I meditate! So sue me :P! Anyway, gotta find a way to remember my dreams/nightmares better. Guess I better browse the net for ideas. I used to be really good at it, but not sure what's happened? It's probably Moose's fault! :P you Moose! :D

Early

Whew! Up this morning working a shift for my second job. Y'know, I can honestly say, I am NOT a morning person! I'm not grouchy or anything, just ready to go back to bed. Good thing I only signed up for an hour, cause after its over I'm heading back to bed! I guess thats what I get for staying up so late. In any case, I took 11 calls last night for my 6-8 shift. Most all of them were for St. Jude Hospital. Those people are so sweet! I had one lady who said she was hard of hearing, I had to yell into the phone for her to hear me. It was funny!

Ah, work out at the gym today. WOO HOO! Can't wait! I always feel better when I work out. My sisters want to work out with John and I, but I'm a little worried. They're much smaller than me and I don't think they'd be able to keep up with us. That and we lift a good amount with lots of reps, they're not in the best physical condition to keep up I think. I think it might have worried him a little, so I'm gonna tell them no. Ooo.. My eyes are burining.

I think perhaps I use computers way too much. Staring at screens all day long, good way to go blind at a young age! But there is so much opportunity with computers! For instance, I have a part time job taking donations and pledges from people and I make some decent money. I also sell on Ebay and enjoy the excitement of auction selling! In addition to all this, I'm in college taking online classes. 1 course at a time of course, and doing that in between shifts! On Top of all of this- I work FULL TIME at the local hospital staring at a computer screen for 8 friggin' hours! Whew! I honestly never thought that I would have so much on my plate, but its all possible because of the internet!

The internet has opened up so many opportunites for people to create a small business or just create an extra income on the side! When I tell people I know about what I do from home, they look at me like I've found a gold mine. "How are you working from home?" They ask right away. I know they want to know how much they have to work and how much you can make. I tell them honestly it is good for part time work. Thats when they pretty much lose interest. They want something they can do from home, make TONS of money with little effort. Yeah sure, its all posted on the 'net about, "Work from home part time, make 3,000 - 6,000 a week!". Yeah, my thoughts exactly. 'IF its too good to be true, it probably is.'. It takes alot of trial and error to figure that one out. Many people don't want to belieeve its a fake, so they spend their money, their time and what not on this so called 'Money Tree'. To only later discover that it wasn't worth it, and now they're $200.00 in the hole.

I know it so well, because I had done it before. I spent lots of money on get rich quick schemes, only when I started to read about each scam I got in my email before signing up did I learn my mistake. In any case, I've learned my lesson and now have found real work at home jobs and make a decent extra income. Hey, its extra spending money, now who wouldn't want that? :). Speaking of which, my shift is just about over. Fixin' to head on back to bed for a couple more hours. No, I'm not lazy, I just work a whole lot so :P.

Thank you.

Have you ever felt that you couldn't thank someone enough? That they've touched you in a way that you can't feel you will ever be able to repay? In one of my entries from a little over a week ago, I recognized a person who seemed very intriguing let along fascinating. However, I didn't know this person would touch my soul in such a way that I don't think I will ever be able to say, 'Thank you', fully.

We did a HELL of a work-out last night, we go to Gym X Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. I have to admit, during some of the workouts I was ready to throw up my hands and quit. Did you know, that he pushed me through all of them? He made me do them, and more despite the fact I was ready to quit. I believe it was mostly in part to a joke that was done earlier in the day, but he has no idea how it affected me! I felt strengthened, powerful- believed in. I am intrigued by this new found strength. I am intrigued by his personality, it seems to consume my mind and somehow show me new ways to endure and look at life. Never have I come across such vitality and perseverance. It is a new breath of fresh air and I love it!

I never did once imagine our friendship would come as far as it has. I actually never imagined that he would ever even speak to me. He seemed so reserved and shy. He is also much better looking that for me to even speak to him, I felt below his level. And yet, we speak about many things as if we had been friends for years. I don't understand this relationship fully, I don't understand how I could have ever been good enough to even be his friend? I know that sounds like I'm putting myself very down, but I don't see the connection. I've asked myself the same when Marcus was interested in me. For weeks he waved at me through the glass window, and only when I did speak to him did we become what we are now. What is the appeal? I don't find myself attractive at all. In my own criticism, I think I am the following:

  • Average
  • Nerdy
  • Unattractive
  • Naive
  • Strange
Why do people come around and I find the complete opposite? Why do certain people come into my life and show me so much more than I ever knew? Why? I'm losing focus from the main topic. This will have to be addressed some other time. How can I thank him, John? He has made very significant changes in my life and I feel I can't thank him enough. Sure we haven't gone to the gym but maybe only a couple of weeks and we're still kind of new to each other, how do I say, 'Thank you', and he actually understand how much I really mean it? I've told him I want to purchase a gift card to newegg.com for him, but it doesn't seem like enough. I can't give him any physical pleasure for two important reasons: 1.) I'm already committed to Marcus. 2.) He is not attracted to me. And I understand that completely. His tastes are different and he would like someone more to his tastes. The only other option is to find him someone that would understand him and get to know him for the long term. He is a good person and a great friend, I do hope I can aid him in his journey to fine a suitable partner. In the meantime, though he may never read this, I hope he knows how much I'm grateful to know him. How much impact he has had on my life. And... how much he means to me. I know your beliefs are different than mine John, but God wanted us to know eachother; It was fate and I'm glad it happened. I pray I can help you find a suitable partner and I wish you nothing but the best! :)

"Laughter is the sunlight of the soul"

I want to use tonight's entry to recognize a very special person. A person you would never guess what they were like till you got to know him. His name; John Payne.

Did you ever dream of someone that would tell you the honest to god truth? Some people don't because they would rather be lied to, but why would you want to hear lies? John is a person who will straight up tell you the truth. Is that not the way people should be? We are co-workers at a local hospital. I've always said 'hi' to him, but I never actually got to know him until changes in our department. I began working closely with John in December of 2007.

I was kind of intimidated by him at first, mostly because he is very tall! I'm only 5'5 so you can imagine he kinda towers over me, hehe. I was always curious about him because he always seemed so sweet and quiet. Turns out he's actually a little shy! Once I put my fear aside, it was easy to get to know him. I found out quickly that he comes out with the truth right away. I can ask him anything and he will give me the most logical answer- no B.S. It's sad that most people in our department are very closed minded, so they assume that he is rude.

That is not the case though! I have girl friends who are honest just like that, and its because lots of people don't want to hear the truth that they shun this trait. Honestly if you ask me, I'd much rather hear the truth than be lied to. Wouldn't you? Now John is also a kidder- but he's so damn funny! Aside from the jokes he makes; he also imitates people and has the freakin funniest facial expressions! Just being around him makes me laugh! He also does this one funny thing with his mouth. I think when he's thinking hard about something, he starts biting the inside of his mouth - its actually cute! Because his lips like move left and right, its too funny! I don't see many other men do that, so thats a unique trait of his, lol.

He's very techy and knowledgeable about computers. He helped me find the parts for my BF's computer at very decent prices! He's into gaming, especially World of Warcraft (WoW). The internets largest online game. So if your a gamer of WoW, John would love to have you in his guild! I can't wait to get my PC back from my BF so that I can play with John and fight in Karazan! The game rules! If you're interested in a free-trial, see the link above. Look John up, I'm sure he'd help ya out!

Now, even though he's a kidder, joker, gamer and weight trainer, he's also a very sweet person. I think this is the side that most people fail to see. He's sharing and very caring. I've never met any guy, including my BF, that likes to give so much. I've talked to him on several occassions about different personal things, and I like to hear his opinion because he is honest. One thing I really appreciate is that he won't let me give up. He's a tested, true friend. Real friends don't let you give up. Or eat doughnuts when you're trying to lose weight! :P He is weight training me so he helps me out.

He is a GREAT conversationalist. We can talk just about anything and have a lengthy and interesting conversation! Most guys kinda like to clam up and just agree with you. He puts in his opinion and gives awesome feedback! Wouldn't it be nice to have someone to talk to and enjoy the conversation? I know I like it!

There is so much more about John that people don't realize. They assume, and my motto for that is: Assumption is the worst F***-up you can make. Why assume someone is they way they are before you get to know them? I know that line from Shrek , hehe, but its true! Don't assume someone is a certain way before you actually get to know them better. You'll be surprised at what you find. I truly believe John is gold. He's a catch ladies! Whatever girl ends up dating him will not regret their decision.

Want to know more about John Payne? Visit his Myspace Page and give him a shout!

Thanks and goodnight for now!

It's January!

Whew! I'm up right now modding a cell phone for a co-worker. It's a pink moto razr, I hope she likes it when I'm done! I'm going to load it with games for her for free! I've only recently learned how to mod phones. It's actually become a hobby of mine now. My favorite site is: Motomodders.net. I go there and read the forums each time I get stumped. They also have lots of mods you can download for your phone! Right now I'm still learning abou the razr's. I have a Pebl I purchased for a customer, but I couldn't get the MMS picture messaging to work. That'll be my next challenge :)

So, I spent new years with my family. We had a blast! There was food, fun and a lil alchohol... hehe, just a little! My mom, my sister and I vowed to lose weight! I think it's a common one for lots of people, but we really need too! Our body frame isn't built to handle as much weight as my mom and myself have packed onto our bodies. In any case, we've changed our eating habits and constructed a weekly workout plan. We will be working out together in order to succeed. One of my assests is Sparkpeople.com.

They are completely FREE and have tons of information to help you succeed in losing weight. Visit my personal page if you wish! Nita's SparkPage. Well the cell phone is now modified and ready to go! She'll be so happy to finally get it! This is the start of a whole new year! I just like the feeling; its as if I'm getting a second chance. A brand new start- what a good feeling huh? I acutally feel kinda sleepy right now. Until next time!

Long day

Wow, I am truly tired tonight. It's around 11:30pm right now and I JUST finished purchasing my contact lenses! I got Colorblends Freshlooks... something...? I can't remember! Thats how tired I am! Anyway, they've got a touch of gold around the iris- should be a hit at work! :D. I purchased them through one of my favorite stores online. Drugstore.com. It has everything; you can buy all your personal items, prescriptions, and more PLUS get free shipping on orders over 25$! Can you tell I'm excited!? :)

So now, I'm staring at the candle that is sitting on my dresser. It smells SO good. It's made by that Yankee Candle factory company. It's called sugar cookie, and it smells just like one... I want to eat it! Heheh. This post isn't going to be very long, I had already made a post earlier regarding that darn virus stuff. But in any case, new years is just around the corner! I pray you all have a safe one! Until next time.
